FAQ
Questions people ask usabout junk removal

Pricing
How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?
Pricing is based on how much of the truck your items fill. A minimum pickup starts at $125, a small load (about a quarter truck) starts at $150, a half load starts at $300 and a full load starts at $600. Whole-house, estate and multi-day cleanouts are quoted on site. The final price is confirmed in person before we lift a thing, and there are no hidden fees.
How do I get a price?
Text us a photo and a real person on our team replies with a starting price, or build your load on this page and unlock your price instantly. The final price is confirmed in person before we lift a thing.
Do you charge by weight or volume?
Volume, for almost everything. The exception is heavy materials like concrete, tile, brick and dirt, which are priced by weight because they fill a truck long before they take up space.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Text us a photo, call or fill out the estimate form and our team replies with a price at no cost. There is never a charge for us to look at a job.
Items
Do you take mattresses and appliances?
Yes. Mattresses, box springs, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers and water heaters are some of the most common things we haul. We carry them out of the house for you, so you do not have to drag anything to the curb.
What happens to the items?
We sort as we load. Usable furniture and household goods are donated when possible, metals and other materials are recycled when possible, and the rest is disposed of properly at licensed facilities. Tell us if there is something you want to go to a specific place and we will do our best.
Do you donate items?
Yes. Anything in usable condition, like furniture, appliances, clothing and housewares, is set aside and delivered to local charities and donation centers rather than the landfill. Tell us if there is something you would especially like donated and we will make sure it gets there.
Do you take hot tubs?
Yes. We cut down, disconnect and haul out hot tubs and spas. Make sure the power is shut off at the breaker and the water is drained before we arrive. Because of the size and labor, hot tubs are priced separately from a regular load.
Do you take TVs and electronics?
Yes. Flat screens, old tube TVs, computers, printers and stereo equipment are all fine. We take electronics to recycling where possible instead of the landfill.
Do you take construction debris?
Yes, light construction and renovation debris: drywall, wood, cabinets, flooring, fixtures and fencing. Heavy materials like concrete and tile are priced by weight. Paint, chemicals and asbestos cannot go in our truck.
Scheduling
Do you do same-week service?
Usually, yes. Most jobs are scheduled within a few days of your first message, depending on the size of the job and the week. Your exact day and arrival window are confirmed when you book, and we show up when we said we would.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Many landlords, realtors and out-of-town families give us a door code or lockbox and approve the price by text after we walk the job. We send photos when we finish so you can see the space swept and empty.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Move-out and eviction cleanouts, rental turnovers and vacation rental furniture swaps are a big part of our work. We coordinate access, work around your turnover schedule and send before and after photos for your records.
Can you clean out a storage unit if I am not there?
Yes. Send us the facility name, unit number and gate code, plus any instructions for things to keep. We work within the facility's hours, send photos when the unit is empty and you approve the price by text.
Do you work with realtors and landlords on tight timelines?
Yes, that is a big part of our work. Tell us the listing photo date or the move-in date and we schedule backward from it. Your day is confirmed when you book, and we send before and after photos for your records.
Do you handle eviction cleanouts?
Yes. We remove everything left behind after an eviction and leave the unit swept so your cleaners and painters can start. If belongings need to be set aside or handled on a specific timeline, tell us and we follow your instructions.

Do you serve The Villages?
Yes. The Villages is about 55 miles from our Ocoee home base, so we schedule dedicated Villages days. Text us and we will tell you the next one and hold a window for you.
