Information we collect

When you fill out our estimate form, text us, call us or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, a description of the items, your preferred dates and any photos you send. If you call or text, we also keep the message history so we can quote and schedule your job. Our website collects basic, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to reply with a quote, schedule and complete your job, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on your request, answer questions, and, if you agree, tell you about DeJunkCo offers. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Our estimate form, texting and call tools are provided by a customer management service that stores your submission and messages so we can see and answer them. That provider processes your information only on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messages: service updates

When you check the service updates box on our estimate form, text us first, or ask us by phone to text you, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from DeJunkCo about your estimate request, appointment confirmations and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out.

Text messages: recurring marketing program

When you check the marketing box on our estimate form, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from DeJunkCo LLC about junk removal and cleanout services, special offers and service availability at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further marketing or service texts will be sent through this messaging program unless you opt in again. Phone calls

Phone calls from DeJunkCo are placed by our team, not by an automated dialer. If you would rather not be called, tell us by text or email and we will note it on your file.

Email

If you give us your email address, we use it to send quotes, confirmations and receipts, and, if you have opted in, occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses the cookies it needs to work, basic analytics, and the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site and helps us show our ads to people who have visited it. Meta may use its cookies to recognize you if you are logged into a Meta account. You can turn off advertising tracking on this site with the Cookie settings link in the footer, control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad settings, or block the pixel with a browser content blocker. We do not sell your information.

We also use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags. When permitted, Google receives browser and page information, including IP address and cookie identifiers. Our site records page views, pricing visits, estimate requests and call or text link clicks for measurement. Google Analytics and Google Ads tags may be configured within this container for analytics, advertising measurement and optimization. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers as customer matching data. External tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent and when the region is unknown. We honor Global Privacy Control and saved refusals. Cookie settings in the footer lets you withdraw tracking permission; your choice, time, region and notice version are recorded without removing previous choice evidence. Browser content blockers can also block Google tags.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, messages and photos for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@dejunkco.com or calling (813) 270-0813. You can stop text messages by replying STOP and stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
