Junk removal pricing questions
How is junk removal priced?
By how much of the truck your items fill. A minimum pickup starts at $125, a small load at $150, a half load at $300 and a full load at $600. That price covers labor, loading, hauling and disposal.
Do you charge by weight or volume?
Volume, for almost everything. The exception is heavy materials like concrete, tile, brick and dirt, which are priced by weight because they fill a truck long before they take up space.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Text us a photo, call or fill out the estimate form and our team replies with a price at no cost. There is never a charge for us to look at a job.
Do you charge extra for stairs or long carries?
Sometimes. A few steps or a normal driveway walk is included. Several flights of stairs, a long carry from a back unit or items that have to be taken apart can add to the price, and we tell you before we start.
What if the job is bigger than the photo showed?
It happens, and that is why the final price is confirmed in person. If there is more than the photo showed, we give you the updated price on the spot and you approve it before we load anything extra. If there is less, you pay less.
