Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this website and quotes given by text, phone or email are starting prices based on the information and photos you provide. An estimate is not final until our crew confirms it in person. You approve the final price before we load anything, and you may decline the job at that point at no charge.

What we cannot take

Hazardous materials are excluded, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste and anything the county classifies as hazardous. We are happy to point you to the right county disposal facility.

Scheduling and access

Your service day and arrival window are confirmed when you book. If plans change on either side, we will tell each other as early as possible. You are responsible for providing safe access to the items, including gate codes, parking and any building requirements, and for making sure the items you want removed are clearly identified. Anything we are asked to remove is treated as unwanted and will be donated, recycled or disposed of at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete, by the methods we accept at the time of service.

Property

Our crew works carefully and will protect floors, doorways and walls where practical. Please tell us about anything fragile or anything we should not touch before work begins.

Text message terms

DeJunkCo LLC runs two text message programs.

Service updates. By checking the service updates box on our estimate form, texting us first, or asking us by phone to text you, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages about your estimate request, appointment confirmations and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.

Recurring marketing program. By checking the marketing box on our estimate form, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from DeJunkCo LLC about junk removal and cleanout services, special offers and service availability at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Opting out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from DeJunkCo text messages. You may receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing or service texts will be sent through this messaging program unless you opt in again. For assistance with an existing job, call (813) 270-0813 or email contact@dejunkco.com.

Privacy. Your phone number and your opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone calls

By giving us your phone number, you agree that our team may call you about your request. We do not use automated dialers or prerecorded messages. Tell us at any time if you prefer not to be called.

Limitation of liability

DeJunkCo is responsible for damage caused by our crew's negligence during the job. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for items you asked us to remove, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
